The tenant gets a hotel experience thanks to our digital guest portal with various activities in the area, nice restaurants, WiFi code, information about key transfer, etc.
In the free welcome bag they immediately receive some essential items such as dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, coffee and tea, ... You as a landlord no longer have to provide this!
